About me

The perceptions of my little world- this is what this blog is all about…

The heavy traffic of the Business World and Economics fascinates me. In business school, I really liked every aspect of it. Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Organization, Marketing, Design, Micro-, Macroeconomics, Economic History- I was never bored. Back then, in books, I found solutions, explanations, problem solving approaches, methodologies, formulas, etc- and I had managed to survive the madness of exams.
However, now it’s not schooling any more. Now I don’t have 100% reliable sources for my decision making, professional choices. I am missing this background, on which I can confidently rely on. Therefore, my brain is working differently now.
Still like in school, I like details, figures, tables, calculations and correlations. However, now all this have no value without taking into account people’s behavior, organizational structure, corporate culture and leadership style, which surround these numerical reasoning.
Well, I am pleased to detect some of the theoretical patterns in real life. But something we were never taught in business schools:  what is happens when all our skills (numerical, reasoning, creative, and leading), experiences (1 year vs. 10-year), different characters (soft vs. hard core) meet at the workplace? Obviously, there are no models that might explain this correlation on paper.
This blog is my own way of sharing my own thoughts, gained from experience and observations during my own career.
This is my way of expending the way I think, proceed and conclude. This is my way of training my strategical and analytical thinking.
All are very welcome to comment, criticize, agree or disapprove.
We are all different in our perceptions of reality. I believe, by sharing and accepting of it expands our horizons to infinity.
This is just a question of accepting/deciding where the infinity stops.
If you, as a reader, is still not bored, then I would like to say: WELCOME TO MY BLOG!
